Hydration Tips for Athletes

Summertime… sunshine, watermelon, BBQs and … warmer temps! Proper hydration is not a sprint on race day, but rather a 24 hour event. Be sure to be mindful of staying hydrated whether or not you are exercising so that when you do hit the streets, trails or gym, your body is ready for it. We’ve put together some tips on hydration below.
