Sutter Health Modesto Marathon | Half Marathon | 5K | Half Marathon Relay
Marathon and half marathon participants will receive an insulated tote bag. 10K and 5K participants get a custom race hat. The swag doesn’t stop there. ALL runners also receive a tech shirt and race medal.
The Cause
Proceeds benefit the Teens Run Modesto program, which challenges area youth, especially those at-risk, to experience the benefits of goal-setting, character development, adult mentoring and improved physical fitness through a structured training program culminating in the running and completion of the Modesto Marathon.
Start Location
Race starts on M Street, between 10th and 11th streets; finishes on N Street, between 10th and 11th

Join in the weekend of activities from the Expo to race day. We have all kinds of fun things lined up for the whole family to enjoy.
- Fitness Expo with many great vendors offering running apparel and supplies
- CrossPoint Church Kid Zone for the whole family to enjoy
- Free race photos
- Finish medal engraving with your personal race time
- Beer Garden (21 and over)
- Barefoot Wine Garden (21 and over)
- Food Truck Alley
- Recovery Lounge Area with a stretching & rolling area and free massages
