Registration for Oktobrewfest 2013 will open July 1st.

There are several convenient ways to register:

• Online.
  • Online registration is available through 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 10th.
  • Please note that a small fee applies to cover costs from credit card companies.
• In Person at Fleet Feet – Davis
  • Located at 615 Second Street in Downtown Davis
  • See website for hours
  • Cash or check accepted for race entry
• Via US Mail
  • Mailed entries must be postmarked by Saturday, October 5
  • Please do not mail cash
• At Packet Pick Up
  • Held at Fleet Feet – Davis
  • Friday, October 11 from 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM
  • Cash, check or credit/debit accepted
  • Photo ID is required to pick up bibs (packets)
• Race Night
  • Held at Start/Finish area (Art Center Field at Davis’ Community Park – Near corner of F Street and Covell Blvd., 95616)
  • 4:00 PM to Race Start
  • Cash, check or credit/debit accepted

2013 Fees are not yet determined. Below we have listed 2012 entry fees for your reference.

5K or 10K – Ages 21 and Up

• $30.00 on or before September 4
• $35.00 September 5 – October 1
• $40.00 October 2 – October 10
• $43.00 Packet Pick Up (October 11)
• $45.00 Race Night – October 12

5K or 10K – Ages 20 and Younger

• Deduct $5 from above fees

Kid’s Fun Runs (Half Mile, Ages 0-12)

• $12.00 on or before September 4
• $13.00 September 5 – October 1
• $14.00 October 2 – October 10
• $16.00 Packet Pick Up (October 11)
• $18.00 Race Night – October 12

Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable; event happens rain or shine. Photo ID is required to pick up race packets.

Field Limits are established to ensure a fun and safe event for everyone. They are: 1,500 – 5K, 1,500 – 10K, 250 – Kids Half Mile. Once a field limit is reached, the distance will be “sold out.” The website will be updated accordingly.

  • Technical T-shirts are available for an additional $6.00. Unisex/Men’s and Women’s Sizing is Available.

• Chip Timing for 5K/10K and eligiblity for age group awards
• Option to Participate in our Post-Race Brew-Ha-Ha Games & Contests
• Kid’s Fun Run Finisher’s will receive a custom medal and a sno cone
