President, Board of Directors
Annie Hargadon is a doctor of internal medicine with degrees from Stanford University and the Dartmouth School of Medicine. She is an avid FIT House boot camp participant. She lives in Davis with her husband, daughter and dog. She enjoys hiking and reading. Within the Foundation, her focus lies on our school-age fitness programs.

Secretary
Lisa Yackzan Herrington graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and attended the University of California at San Diego where she obtained an Exercise Science and Fitness Instruction Certificate. Lisa currently works full-time at FIT House in Davis – combining her career with her passion ~ inspiring others to lead healthy lifestyles. She especially enjoys instilling a sense of confidence in children through exercise and fun physical activities.

Board Member
Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in the marketing field, including positions as the Marketing Director for Chevys Fresh Mex restaurants and Real Mex restaurants. Jennifer also has extensive experience developing community programs geared towards children, having served on the Board of Directors for the Davis Schools Foundation as well as the Patwin PTA. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Pepperdine University, and is also a certified personal trainer. A runner herself, Jennifer has completed numerous triathlons and over 50 marathons, including top age-group finishes in high profile events such as the Boston Marathon and the Rock N Roll Marathon. Jennifer owns FIT House in Davis and enjoys inspiring her clients to reach their fitness goals.

Treasurer, Assistant Race Director & Head Timer
Jeannine brings event management, timing and promotions experience to the Foundation. Aside from overseeing the timing department, she also coordinates event logistics as the Assistant Race Director. A graduate of the University of California – Davis, Jeannine holds three Bachelor’s degrees, in the fields of Economics, Organizational Studies and Political Science.
Staff

Executive Director
Dave’s impressive 30 years of event director leadership and marketing experience are invaluable to the Foundation. Dave also has been involved with youth sports for 21 years, from producing kid-related events to managing/coaching youth sports teams to sitting on the Board of Directors for Davis Little League. As the Race Director for the Foundation’s events, Dave is responsible for course design and implementation and oversees all aspects of the events, including graphic design, advertising, marketing and logistics.
Hospitality & Timing Coordinator
Staci assists A Change of Pace in a variety of areas, including athlete hospitality (a broad term we use for making the athlete experience better; this includes overseeing the t-shirts, medals, Tour de FIT, booths and presentation) and event timing. Staci is a graduate of CSU – Fresno and before coming to A Change of Pace, worked for both UC Davis and Yolo County. Staci resides in Woodland with her husband and two children.
Senior Course Supervisor
Ron has two decades of experience working with A Change of Pace and laying our courses on race day, including coning, chalking, volunteer and fluid station placement, and officer coordinator. An integral part to a successful event, Ron is a key member of our logistics staff.
Alec, a graduate of the University of Oregon, oversees course and volunteer management on event day. He also helps coordinate infrastructure set up and tear down, equipment management and assists with race timing.
Jessica plays a critical role for A Change of Pace Foundation by being the primary contact for recruiting and coordinating with event volunteers. Jessica also assists with awards distribution as well as athlete communication.
