Have Fun With The Theme

Whether you choose your luckiest running shirt, a green tutu, or go full shamrock, you can make your race morning memorable by dressing thematically.

Give Yourself Something To Look Forward To

Scheduling fun activities in the future has benefits:

— Anticipating something positive, such as a fun event, can trigger the release of dopamine in our brains, which can make us feel happy and excited.

— For some people, having something to look forward to can be a coping mechanism for dealing with stress.

Bring the Kids!

The Lucky Run is a family-friendly event! Strollers and dogs are permitted in the 5K, 7K, and 10K (dogs must be on non-retractable leashes and well-behaved in crowds).

There’s also a Kids Fun Run (Half and Quarter Mile options) which runs around the track at Davis High School. All kids will receive a medal when they finish.
