The event returns to the Palladio Shopping Center with the start and finish line in the Whole Foods Market parking lot. The course includes roads and streets surrounding and within Palladio. This 5K course is flat and closed to traffic, making it an ideal route for runners, walkers, and strollers!

Returning in 2022, we’re happy to announce the single and double stroller divisions presented by Fleet Feet Sports Folsom and the Kids Dash Event presented by Kids Inc. are back!

Participants in the 5K will be electronically timed and special awards will be presented to the top finishers in a variety of categories including single & double strollers, top mom, top female, and top male.

All 5K participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt as well as a custom medal.
*Kids Dash participants will receive a special medal only.
