A Change of Pace Foundation collects personal information when you register for a running event owned and produced by A Change of Pace Foundation, when you visit A Change of Pace Foundations pages at https://changeofpace.com or our affiliated sites at http://acop.racetecresults.com or at https://acop.webconnex.com.

When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, address and personal interests. Generally we collect information in order to provide you with the service for which you are registering (ie. a running, walking or triathon event). When you register with A Change of Pace Foundation and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

A Change of Pace Foundation automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

A Change of Pace Foundation uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

CHILDREN

When A Change of Pace Foundation has knowledge that a child under age 18 is attempting to register for an event, we ask the child to have a parent or guardian complete the registration process for them.

For example, you can share with friends that you are going to participate in an Event and invite your Facebook friends to join that Event. If you log into Facebook through https://changeofpace.com or our affiliated websites, we will request permission to (a) access your basic information, which includes your name, profile picture, gender, networks, Facebook user ID, list of friends, and any other information that you have made public on Facebook; and (b) manage your events (so that A Change of Pace Foundation may RSVP on your behalf). We have no control over how Facebook uses or discloses the personal information you provide to it. We store the information that we receive from Facebook along with other information that we collect from you or receive about you.

Our website(s) and applications are not designed for children under 18. When you register for an event with us, we require you to submit a birth date and agree to a liability waiver. Only those persons age 18 or older may create an perform such tasks. Certain events posted on https://changeofpace.com or our affiliated sites are open to children under the age of 18. If registration for such an event is available, then we require a parent or guardian to register for the child.

THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS
Third party applications may be available on our website(s). The owners or providers of those third party applications may collect personally identifiable information from you. Their collection of information is bound by their own information collection policies and practices. We are not responsible for the collection and use of your information by third parties.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?
