Davis Turkey Trot: A Thanksgivingtime Tradition since 1988

Saturday, November 23 presents a perfect opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends while giving yourself a little gift: exercise. As the Davis Turkey Trot falls on the Saturday before Thanksgiving week, it is the perfect pre-game for all of your family-oriented Thanksgiving festivities.

This year’s race benefits the Yolo County SPCA, who does critical work here in Yolo County with stray, abandoned, surrendered, and injured animals to provide compassionate medical care, spay and neutering, and fostering until pets can find their furrever home.

The event also benefits Cancer Champions, a team of professionals providing exercise and nutrition support, that those facing a cancer diagnosis need on their side during their difficult journey.

Entry Fees Increase (for Most Distances) on Saturday, October 12 at 12:01 am

Who doesn’t like to save a couple dollars? Register now and secure your spot in this year’s festivities. Whether you are tackling the USATF-Certified Half Marathon, the ever-popular 5K, or our dog-friendly 2 or 1 Mile Timed divisions, signing up for the Turkey Trot is a perfect choice for keeping yourself committed to staying active.  Sign up by Friday, October 11 at 11:59 pm before fees increase.
